These are a few pics I took at the Happy Hour with a Preservationist event at the Meditation Room on the U of M campus this past Tuesday evening.  For anyone who missed it, don't fret, as the Center for Spirituality & Healing hosts many public events you can attend to take full enjoyment of the space.

This Happy Hour tours a unique Modernist gem in Minneapolis – Center for Spirituality and Healing's Meditation Room at the University of Minnesota.  As an alumni that trodded and plodded all over the campus, I somehow never crossed paths with this building.  With an education in architecture and an acceptance to a masters program in midcentury architectural preservation, I don't know if I should be embarrassed that this structure escaped my scope or excited that there are so many significant buildings that are still under the radar.  Either way, I won't miss this tour and I hope to see you there!
